This is the story of a little robot known as Pinocchio 3000 whose greatest wish is to become a real boy. The year is 3000. Geppetto, with the help of his faithful assistant, Spencer the cyber penguin, and by the holographic fairy Cyberina, creates Pinocchio, a prototype superrobot equipped for emotions. But before he can be given a heart and become a real boy, Cyberina insists that Pinocchio learn the difference between right and wrong.

خلاصه داستان : مورت رینی، نویسنده‌ای که تازه از طلاقی دردناک با همسر سابقش بیرون آمده، در خانهٔ کنار دریاچه‌اش توسط غریبه‌ای روانی و نویسنده‌نما تعقیب می‌شود که ادعا می‌کند رینی بهترین ایدهٔ داستانش را دزدیده است. اما وقتی رینی تلاش می‌کند بی‌گناهی خود را ثابت کند، کمکم به عقل خودش هم شک می‌کند.

Mort Rainey, a writer just emerging from a painful divorce with his ex-wife, is stalked at his remote lake house by a psychotic stranger and would-be scribe who claims Rainey swiped his best story idea. But as Rainey endeavors to prove his innocence, he begins to question his own sanity.
