خلاصه داستان : جیم راکفورد، کارآگاه خصوصی سابقا زندانی در لس‌آنجلس، پرونده هایی را می پذیرد که پلیس از حل آنها ناتوان مانده و در جریان تحقیقات، همراه با دوستان و آشنایانش با پرونده های پیچیده، مجرمان خطرناک و دردسرهای تازه روبه‌رو می شود.
